- Hey guys love the album just bought it. Plz come to brizzy i would love to see you gig here. The songs on the album are awesome! My favourites are Our story, Craic on, Bok espok and Blind fiddler. The rest are great, but i love those songs the most. I know nearly all the words to our story...keep them coming!

- Really sad to have missed your show on Sat., having bought the ticket ages ago I was looking forward to it and can see I missed a great evening. I'll look forward to catching your tour in April but it's a long time to wait! And also read you played 5 encores at Selledge!

- Loved the sound, like many of the audience I couldnt stop smiling - partly from shock / surprise. The second half seemed better balanced allowing other performers to shine - especially Jason's solo bit! Shona Will and Tom were as always amazing and well integrated. What was that little keyboard thing Tom was playing?

- so pleasantly surprised by your fusion last night at he Sage. fused but not compromised...nice. Excellent musicianship, really refreshing earthyness too. Me n the missus had a cracking time. This jaded muso will come check you guys again because I shudder to think how good it will sound in a years time.

Start of the first tour

Hello and here's the first PBS6 blog entry.

today we started rehearsal day one of two for the start of the first PBS6 tour. Tomorrow is our first date with a warm up gig at Zion Arts Centre in Manchester.
Catching up on material from the Sage Gateshead gig in December everything is starting to take shape again!

We have six dates in the tour being Manchester, London, Bury, Derby has been changed to Sheffield, Leicester and my home turf to finish off with a gig at Fiddlers Club in Bristol on the 28th.
The Falmouth date has been postponed and will be rearranged for the autumn tour. Sorry to all those in Cornwall, we will be with you soon!

The first tour is to promote the release of PBS6, the album. It is being released on 10th May but you can get your Prerelease special edition album on the tour dates. If you cannot make it to one of the first live dates you can preorder your copy from Amazon and Play.com (all those types of places).

Anyway, we're all looking forward to taking the show on the road and hope to see you there. We will give you regular, if not daily updates, from the musicians and stories from tour so keep your eyes on the new blog.
